Who we are
This is Remy. Remy was the last survivor from an encounter with a forklift in a warehouse as a newborn. My sister-in-law found her and brought her to us to care for since we already had pet mice of our own. We spent every couple of hours feeding her and making sure she was warm and comfortable. We had low expectations, but she somehow pulled through and has been part of our family ever since.
Remy has since passed and has lived on in our hearts and Happy Mouse Computers is part of our way of remembering her and how special she was - and still is - to us.
Who is Happy Mouse Computer Services, LLC?
Hi, I’m Haven! I’ve been a part of the Rockwell City community since January of 2025. I’ve been a resident of Iowa since 2015 and have been working with computers since I was a child. My first computer was a Commodore 64 and have since used a variety of systems throughout my career. From Mac to Windows systems, from cell phones to servers, I’ve had experience working with it.
Please ask! Call, email, or text with a description of your issue and I can let you know if it’s something I can assist with. While I don’t know everything, what I can’t help with myself I can usually find someone who can, make recommendations, and help you to connect those dots. Trust and confidence are highly valued when it comes to your personal devices and data and we’ll show you both as we build relationships with the people in the community.

What professional experience do you have?
I have an associate’s degree in computer network Infrastructure and have worked in computer sales at Best Buy, in-home services and repair for Computer Nerdz, a repair agent at Geek Squad, on-site and call center support for small and medium businesses at Decisive Data Systems, and call center lead and project manager at Aureon. I’m usually the go to guy when friends or family have questions or concerns with their technology. I’ve travelled across the United States working with all kinds of people and computer systems and now I’m bringing that skillset to the Rockwell City community!
